At our exclusive roundtable, we explored the role and influence of family businesses in driving regional economic growth and societal change, as well as examined how legacy impacts today’s business leadership.

The Family Business Histories Project proudly launched the Spotlights Series – a collection of 60 case studies, each documenting the history of a regional family business.

In this webinar, we presented the third case study in the series, conducted with NCA-Rouiba (1966 – 2019). The company was founded by Salah Othmani and his father, Mohamed Saïd, in 1966 as Nouvelle Conserverie Algérienne (NCA).
