Abstract
We were delighted to welcome Sana Jubaili, Group HR Director, Jubaili Bros., Maryam Al Mulla, Board Member & Member of the Investment Committee, Almulla Capital and NYUAD Alumna and Mai El-Kinawi, as our guest speakers to our special session for students “Exploring Careers in Family Businesses”.
The session explored the dynamics of working within a family business or alongside family members. The discussion was a great opportunity for students to learn about the career paths available, the opportunities in the regional private sector and the intricacies of working in privately-owned companies.
